You just need to open the USA account by Dec 31. The others have a later date. You can do that online. If you pour lots of money (~$100k) into citibank, you can talk to them about becoming citigold and then have fees waived for the AA debit 4k mile credit.
...I wonder if you could apply for the 30k mile Visa, Visa Business, AND MC, AE, MC Business for 150k miles? (but there are annual fees for the 30k mile bonus MC, AE, MC Business... but no annual fee for the 15k mile bonus MC and AE)
