SPG Amex, arguably the best card overall. Points convert to most carriers (incl AA) 1:1, with a 5000 mile bonus if you transfer 20,000 points -- effectively earning 1.25mi/dollar spent.

Of course, as with other Amex cards, the SPG Amex is not churnable.
