The above are the rules for using points to upgrade to RC or suites. If it were me I would have reservations Book the room at the same time they do the upgrade. this way you can back out if the upgrade can't happen.
My question is...which deluxe rack rate is it. At Hawaii resorts there is partial ocean view, ocean view and deluxe oceanfront rooms all at different rates.
