"Sai Gon Pho" on Mason St. in Katy, Texas turns out a decent "Southern Style' Pho with all the choices and "fixin's" (in my eyes, basil, cilantro, bean sprouts and jalapeno slices for garnish). I always ask for Nuoc mam on the side, and Ieven like a bit of tripes. Big bowl: $ 6.15, a bucket full of goodness.

In Waco, the "Clay Pot" near Baylor on IH35 serves a Northern style Pho. The owner's wife is from Hanoi, and the Northern versions seem more "Wintery" than in the South.
