Actually, you know, if cocktails and airline food hold no appeal for you and you have a narrow enough tuchus, 5C and 5D on the A320/19 are hard to beat in terms of leg comfort. I'd still take FC too, but when I'm flying A320 and my upgrade clears and Ms. DAYflier's didn't (until recently a SE, now GM), I'm quite happy to take 5C off her hands.
