I was being facetious.

I have received the hot towels before... about 1 time out of 10 when there is a meal service.

Was hoping to start a "my troubles are worse than yours" joke.

"I was given a hot towel."
"You got a hot towel? We were given towels but they were cold and only slightly damp."
"You think that is bad? We were only given pre-moistened wipes."
"You think that is bad? We were given a pre-moistened wipe... but the entire FC cabin had to share the same one."
