Took our family to stay 13 nights in 2 units at the Villas. Staff skilsawing tiles on balconies every day, dusty and noisy and Management said they could not do anything about it as it was contractors for the Villas. Hello, it is still a Sheraton!!!! Unfortunately we had paid in advance and could not get a refund. Has anyone had the same bad experience??
