UA is notoriously bad at taking partner FF numbers into records too. It took me 39 days to see credit from the UA domestic F flights surrounding the StarMegaDo. LH ticket, two UA segments, two LH segments. Now, of course, those could have been reward seats since I won the trip, and I'm grateful to have those miles. But the overriding point is that when I called UA and gave them my CO number the night before the trip, they said no problem. The agents at the F counter in PHL said no problem.
