A little confused about this statement. Lots of traffic is
not a problem most site owners would love to have...when the vast majority of that traffic is of the denial-of-service type!
(I agree it seems IB is not doing enough quickly enough to fix this--some reasonable-cost hardware solutions have been proposed numerous times.)
