Disturbing yet moving film.

Did anyone make it into the NYC screening?
I've learned the hard way that you have to line up super early if you want a chance at getting in to one of these things. Ms. as219 was in line by 5:30pm -- two hours before show time -- and still by the time we got to the theater there were only seats together in the first and last rows.

A few thoughts about the movie. We very much enjoyed it, even if it was really not about the flying. Actually, the Clooney character IMO seemed the opposite of most FTers in at least one important respect: He flies to avoid human contact; most FTers fly in order to have more contact with other people or, at the very least, to improve the quality of their travel with significant others. The plethora of FT DOs is a testament to this as well.

One thing I was wondering: How many people actualy have 10 million BIS miles on a given carrier? That's a lot of flying.
