Did you bother to read Socrates' response on the above-linked thread? You might be taking this a little bit too far! Appearntly this is not a decision that Marriott made. Far be it for me to put words in his mouth, but his commitment and loyalty to the company would indicate that he wouldn't want his decision to impact your willingness to stay at Marriott properties.
