All I ask is that it doesn't take 20 minutes and 15,000 keystrokes and walking off giggling to get a supervisor to get a car checked out. Or pulling up to the exit window and being told "Hold on, I'm on the phone" and then being forced to wait while the person working in the booth carries on with an obviously personal conversation on her cell phone. Or arriving and being told "We have no cars ready" while there tons of cars sitting there that haven't been prepped and 10 employees are sitting around outside doing nothing.
I used to not have these experiences on a consistent basis like I do now. And the MSY and BTR locations are especially awful.
Pure insanity. No excuse for that at all. I don't believe a good rental car company exists. I still have no idea why whatever car we rent from at LAX is the last bus.
