My sad story from last night at work.

A woman arrived on an earlier flight and of course her bags when on her original flight. We advised her that we would deliver COD or she could wait 2 hours for her bags. She started to cry telling us that she was in town only to visit her nephew, that had been in a car accident two days ago and they were awaiting harvesting his organs. She didn't know where to have the bags delivered and wanted to wait. With tears in all of our eyes, we issued her a food voucher for her use while she waited.

On the way home the news report was talking about a young man that had been speeding 90 mph, hit the back of a car killing all 4 in that car, which was then sent into another car causing those people to be taken to the hospital and the young man was currently on life support, brain dead.

Same young man.
