I have read the previous information about this rate code, but not finding the answers I need. Forgive me for bringing this up again.
Does anyone have experience with obtaining a Entertainment Book ID Card and using this rate code?

I have been to the "entertaiment" website and it wants be to purchase a local book for Utah for $20. Does this book have the ID card that I need to book this rate code?

There seems to be some great 50% off rates out there.
