I qualified gold at the end of 03. Most of my stays are at The Courtyard or Springhill, so the higher level benefits would not apply. I checked into the Marriott Irvine and did not get my room choice (NS King) and was not offered access to the concierge level. Are these privilages automatic or do I have to ask?
