I've beta tested many programs over the years, and continue to do so, including Windows 7 which was a great product even in it's beta stages. You can certainly tell a good software even in beta stages with all the bugs. I'm glad it's working for you, obviously others have the same issue as the pointed out in the link I posted by infoworld, a well respected technology magazine, you should read some of the comments there before making any judgements!
