I have always been offered access to the Executive lounge when my room wasn't ready..... if they had an executive lounge that is.

This happens alot when traveling to Europe when the overnight flights arrive in the AM and customers want to check into their rooms.

At the Chancery Court I used the shower facilities off the exercise room to freshen up while waiting for my room....
