Has any GLD or PLT out there been offered use of the concierge lounge prior to check-in?

For example, you had a morning arrival, but your room wasn't ready yet? If so, at what properties did you experience this, and how early did you arrive?

I would think this would be a reasonable alternative to hanging out in the lobby.
