Generally seeing a lot more things NOT getting fixed, a lot more hydraulics problems(maybe it is just the changing seasons on that?), many items inside the cabin are going broken for long periods of time, some of them can affect custom safety; they either are not being reported, or not acted upon. The 757s are having a number more MX issues requiring landings removal from services etc.
Sure the planes are getting older, but you have to wonder at some point if it isn't a bit more deliberate with all the timings. In my last flights I have seen several very broken seats with people sitting in them (reclines forward, and backwards with no starting/stopping it, person was pretty annoyed), broken seats are not too uncommon one a few of the colgan birds, but at least they put a sign that says 'DO NOT SIT HERE"
