Does anyone know the number for Renaissance customer service. I had written a letter about how helpful the staff, especially the manager, Parimal Trivedi, and the night manager Rafael Castellanos were when my mother fell ill and needed to be hospitalized. These guys went way out of their way to be of help. I’ll not bore everyone with the details, suffice it to say that I would recommend this resort to anyone – it’s a great property but has even nicer staff. Anyway, I had written a letter in May complimenting Renaissance on its people but I never received an acknowledgement. I just want to call to make sure they received my letter and credit was given to the folks at the Renaissance Aruba.
