Renaissance customer service
Does anyone know the number for Renaissance customer service. I had written a letter about how helpful the staff, especially the manager, Parimal Trivedi, and the night manager Rafael Castellanos were when my mother fell ill and needed to be hospitalized. These guys went way out of their way to be of help. Ill not bore everyone with the details, suffice it to say that I would recommend this resort to anyone its a great property but has even nicer staff. Anyway, I had written a letter in May complimenting Renaissance on its people but I never received an acknowledgement. I just want to call to make sure they received my letter and credit was given to the folks at the Renaissance Aruba.

QUOTE]Instead of calling customer service (they won't be able to confirm the receipt of the letter) I'd write Bill Marriott (CEO) or Bill Shaw (COO), both can be reached at 1 Marriott Drive, Washington DC 20058, you might not receive a response (but chances are better) but the letter will be noted by Corporate and passed along to the GM of the hotel
