75 pcs? I thought the governments would have contractors (or special arrangement for cargo) so diplomats didn't have to fly with kitchen sinks.

I didn't know a single passenger can check in that many cases of wine/liquor. Is there no limits on quantity as long as the passengers agree to pay for excessive baggage charges?
I would think for weight/fuel control reason, the airlines would pose a max limit on a single passenger's check-in baggage.
