I didn't catch what time of day the OP was referring to. It wouldn't seem that this flight would qualify for a meal if it departed after 7. Nonetheless, I agree that the web site should accurately reflect what is (or isn't) being served.
It's CO 755, which wobbles around a 7:00 PM departure. Depending on the time of year, sometimes a few minutes before 7:00, sometimes a few after. Regardless, there's a great deal of inconsistency on that particular flight with the salad on the IAH-ATL segment of that aircraft. Sometimes the website says you get it and you do, sometimes the website says you get it and you don't, sometimes the website says you don't get it and you do… Nobody ever seems to know.

There's a lunch time IAH-ATL flight that always gets the salad, without fail. I've never any issues with that one. Likewise, the ATL-IAH flights seem to be more consistent. It's just that ~7:00 PM IAH-ATL flight that seems to have this issue.
