Wow - this is one of my favorite hotels in the chain. The front desk clerk Yvonne is amazing. The rooms are lovely and the location can't be beat!
I think that my worst hotels are as follows:
Reston
Westin Arlington Gateway
Prince des Galles (although amazing location!)
It all comes down to customer service for me. Everybody has a bed; it's only the customer service that makes the difference.
