Flew an IAH-ATL flight this evening that was labeled on the website as "Dinner" in F. The PC in IAH confirmed it was a dinner flight. The FA's had other ideas and did minimal drink service and pretzel tossing. Not exactly a good deal when you arrive in ATL and leave the airport after most places have closed food service. What's reasonable to ask for in this situation? I'd think a voucher for the cost of room service or some miles (EQMs would be super nice... and free for CO...)
I had this issue a while back and they gave me 500 miles. It was a pittance but they actually did fix the misinformation on the website, so that was a plus.
