Already this year I have had to fork out 350 pounds to EK for two cancellations to enable me to take EK flights but with cheaper fares from travel agents. So EK have had that money from me on top of what they got from the travel agent. So EK win (?) again!
Me too - but I still saved £400 net on 2 return J class fares over New Year.
Will be more wary when booking my next flight.
Thought I had a bargain on Expedia LHR/DXB/DEL but noticed no refunds/cancellations clause.
Checked on EK site-cheaper and only £100 cancellation, so booking there.
