cancellation policies
Hi, I made a reservation directly with the hotel. I didn't note any specific cancellation policies during our phone conversations, so I was under the impression that the same day 6PM guarantee applied. I have had to cancel and am calling 24 hrs. in advance. Customer service says it is up to the hotel. Any experiences? I don't know what I should do at this point. I have my notes from my reservation conversation and definitely would have noted a policy that was more than that standard 6PM checkin.
