I think it would be helpful if you were to identify the hotel and the 3rd party website for us to make a judgjment whether or not the BRG deparmtent is wrong in this situation. I do not understand why you did not do so -- surely, you had no trouble providing the BRG's response -- so why not identify the 3rd party site and the hotel -- your failure to continually do so is troubling.
