Which, the kiosks, or the offices for interviews?

The kiosks are towards the east side of the passport control area. For the interview, you get detailed directions from the scheduling system, but basically you go to A west to where everyone's exiting baggage/customs, go briefly the "wrong way" down the exit only path to get to a set of doors, and hit an intercom buzzer to tell them you're there for a GE interview. That'll get you into the baggage area and you'll be directed from there.
