Should moderators be held to a higher standard?

I came upon this post today in which an FT member, who happens to be a moderator of some of the forums, specifically indicates that he violates airline CoC by engaging in "hidden city ticketing". (The post is not in the same forums he/she moderates.)

While I am aware that many FT members do or imply such a thing, I feel that moderators occupy a unique position of trust on a website and their posts tend to carry more authority. Publicly acknowledging such conduct which may be considered unethical does not seem consistent with the intent of this website.

Should moderators be held to a higher standard with regard to posting/admitting conduct not in conformance with airline rules?
