When CO changes a schedule and makes a negative connection, is there any way to change it on CO.com without accepting the schedule change first, thereby waiving, rescinding, forfeiting, and abrogating all rights to actually change or refund the itinerary for free?
Every time I look or try to do something, it wants me to accept the schedule change and I'm afraid to hit the little button. Does this situation require a phone call?
