And why did your post reference Hartmann, when I wrote this? If he gets credit for what I wrote, can I take credit for his (many more and probably more interesting) posts than mine?
For as good at teaching as I think I would be, I do have that nagging reservation about being burdened by policies that do not help the process of education. Maybe I'm a purist, or maybe I'm naive, but I thought kids go to school to get an education and eventually get prepared for college for those who want to walk that path.
