The Hyatt Dulles shuttle is every half-hour on the 15 and 45 minute mark. The Reston shuttle is once per hour on the 45 minute mark. Reston has lots of shops and restaurants, Dulles is out in no man's land (I mean absolutely nothing nearby). If shuttle frequency is not an issue, use Reston.
