At the Hyatt GM conference a couple of months ago I was talking with some of the GMs, and was told Hyatt and Hyatt International were going to be combined into 1 organization. I was also told the main change from this from a customer’s standpoint is that the GP program would be more consistent around the world. I would assume that hotels that now come under Hyatt International will start recognizing the 'Amenity' clause in the Diamond T&Cs due to this reorganization.
