I very much doubt it will cause a problem with security or immigration - they will not care, because experience has shown that mistakes happen, and this is really a minor one. The only ones I could possibly see having a problem with it would be Ryanair themselves, if they see it as a possibility to milk more revenue out of you. That is, of course, assuming they even catch the error on check-in. My guess is they will not.

Ryanair never does anything for free.
The call centre has a premium-rate number (the kind usually used for phone sex hotlines and the like), and you can expect to spend a good few minutes on hold before anyone will bother to talk to you.
And I seriously doubt they will change it for free.
My advice - don't worry about it. Chances are excellent that everything will be fine. (or at least as good as it can be when subjecting oneself to Ryanscare)
