I didn't realize about the BusinessExtrAA, but it is surely "no" in every case I know of for regular EQM (and DEQM)/EQP earning, for the case of % off coupons. Sometimes the companion things say that they don't earn...but most people say they do anyway. Not sure I'd make that part a definitive.
