So I flew JFK-LAX-SFO recently. JFK-LAX was upgraded on a CR-1 and LAX-SFO was waitlisted. Didn't clear until at the gate, 30 minutes before boarding off of the waitlist.

After the flight TWO of my E-500's were missing. huh? A week later the two E-500's were back in my account. huh? What's going on here?
