I hope the following advice is of some use.

I have been stressing out a bit over what to do woth my frequent flyer miles (I have a few options). I am getting on top of it though.

The sensible approach is to forget the FF points altogether and ask yourself - where do I want to go? If I had the money, which country would I like to visit?

Once that's settled the rest is easy. First ask yourself which program is best placed to get me to the destination I wish to visit? Then all you have to do is target the airline deal that will give you miles on that program.
