Good Emirates Customer Service Experience
Just returned from a trip to south africa.
The departure was on August 29. from Dusseldorf, with EK 58 (leaving at 9:20 p.m.) to DXB with connection to CPT.
In the afternoon on August 29. (around 3 p.m.) I got a phone call from Emirates, informing me, that Flight EK 58 will be canceled because of technical problems with the incoming flight EK 57.
They offered me two options: flying the next day, or if I could be early enough at the airport, they could send me to Munich with Lufthansa, where I could fly with EK to DXB to get my connecting flight to CPT.
One hour later I was at the airport and together with my wife we were rerouted through MUC.
This was very good customer service!
