I cannot understand why Delta thinks this NY hub is so important. Or is it simply a matter of their inability to get slots at Newark? And then they add insult to injury by staffing the place with rude and indifferent people. I agree that Atlanta is a breath of fresh air after a visit to JFK.

Delta's JFK hub drives my international business elsewhere.
