I had the same problem. By the time they verified it, they said it was no longer available. I said fine, I'll fax you the info from when it was available. They said that I could not provide them with Hilton site promotions. So I said fine. I sent them a webshot of travelocity with a room rate about $75 a nite cheaper. They said sorry, the hotel you reserved is in Canada. Reading the rules, thats definately clear and I missed it, but couldn't they of told me in the beginning?

Hilton - I love your hotels and your rewards, but the guarantee is a joke.

1. you don't allow matching to your own websites. Circuit City matches there own prices - so does Staples, OM, OD, etc.
2. worldwide reservations are excluded - you got something against Canada? You know they speak English still, right? Just because they speak French doesn't mean we should exclude them. Non?
