Same here at ORD yesterday. Arrived at TSA line at 3:20, finally through FORTY-SIX MINUTES LATER. What bothered me the most was upon arrival there were about 8 agents working, at 3:45 only two agents were left working passports. Is that SOP, leave your station when you are needed the most?!?

Will look into Global Entry...
