2nd my search was done but ineffectively. Instead of Capitol I search: Hilton, DC, 16th St there were lots of hits: I read the title of each and clicked on a few. Next time I will, as suggested, mention my search and ask for further information.

BTW, I called and the lounge is open all weekend at the Hilton.
