I have been flying JetBlue for a few years now, done 10 flights, so hardly a regular.

The first few times I flew with them, the fares were cheap, the legroom was excellent and the In flight TV was a novelty that passed the few hours.

I wouldn't say I enjoyed the experiences but they were acceptable.

I have just flown twice in the last few weeks and several things come to my notice.

Firstly JetBlue are not that cheap anymore! Having just done a search with other airlines flying the same routes they are all much the same price but with the others I can get miles on my Star or OneWorld account.

Secondly the boarding is a nightmare because everyone seems to carry 10 bags each and nobody stops them, despite announcements at the gate, notices on the website, and those measuring guages everywhere at the airport. I always have a problem stowing my one bag if I board when I am asked and last time was asked to check it in as the flight was delayed while they tried to stow all the hand baggage! (As an aside I think the cabin crews do a great job and I think they should be careful of their backs lifting those heavy bags!!!)

The man sitting next to me had One roll on bag, with another one attached to the top that was the same size, a laptop, and a plastic bag with his smelly pizza and bucket of coke!

OK rant over..... but JetBlue need to restrict bags to the agreed amount to be fair to everyone.

Another issue I have is with the cabin crew. They are ALWAYS friendly, and always do a good job EXCEPT..... I rarely can understand the announcements because they speak so fast, in a monotone voice with no punctuation (like they are bored stiff ....and probably are). But I want to listen to the safety briefing but switch off after a few seconds because it is so bad!

I am English but cannot understgand so I do wonder how anyone with English as not their first language can understand a word.

Finally, the TV is so bad. If you have a great system like this you should be offering a better choice of channels than ESPN ESPN ESPN and 20 other channels of terrible Ads non stop!!!
