BA also offered me an upgrade from World Traveller to WT+ on the way out for an extra £125, so I took them up on that (though not on the way back due to the person I was flying with not having the money).
For the outgoing journey in WT+ I received 10,349 miles (excluding my elite bonus miles). However on the way back (travelling in WT) I only received 2,587 miles.
Can anyone advise me if that's correct? I know they were (very) cheap tickets, but the mileage on the way back considering it's such a long journey seemed a bit poor!
