Yes Chase has gone over the edge - I never had a problem with Amex or Citi or any other bank by overpaying (gee and I thought I was being responsible)

This has turned into a full blown head ache and all b/c I paid too much - I guess I would have been better off being one of those "dead beat people" VBG
