i recently realised that because the executive lounge has free 802.11b, one can probably access the internet via that from the rooms on that floor. alas, the front desk was unable to accomodate me due to the extended length of my stay.

what would be a good way to go about asking for a room on the executive floor? how high should i escalate my request?

fwiw, i'm diamond but am paying a rather cheap corp rate. seems ironical that a loyal customer like me would have a lower chance of getting what he wants. sigh.
