You're right about the weekend thing.
I had two claims. The first was approved on a weekday, and the rate was changed. The second was approved on a Saturday, but the rate had not changed.
I wrote back and asked when the rate would be changed, and she replied:
<font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">The rate will change when my supervisor return to work on Monday. You are all set.</font>
Of course, I checked late Monday, and the rate had, indeed, been changed.
Like I said, lucky me.
