It's probably been posted on here before, but I just discovered yesterday that my Skymiles expired without me knowing about it.

I last logged in on Skymiles on December 27, 2008. The website showed they would expire December 31st, 2009. Yesterday I discover that I have zero miles because they all expired at the end of April! Apparantly there was some new policy that I didn't receive notification about that changed the expiration date.

Needless to say, I am very frustrated about losing my Skymiles.
