A month goes by and I write to remind them I'm alive, and they apologize for the delay, etc. That's the only reason it's come to august. Delta's own rules say up until Dec 31--the fact I performed the transaction on 12/30 does, I suppose, label me as a procrastinator, but rules are rules, and so one would naturally think oneself in the right.

I suppose the tone of voice around here screams abused flyer syndrome, so I don't really blame you, I blame the airline. I'll stick with momma AA for now...
